Cancellation of your PEDICRITICON 2024 registration can be done by writing an email to info@pedicriticon2024.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email is to be sent from the email address which was used for registration

The Cancellation Deadline for an order is 30 days from the date of booking or the date from which services will be provided, whichever comes earlier.

No cancellation is applicable if services have already been provided.

Conditions for Refund

For services to be eligible for a refund:

The Services were booked within the last 30 days.
No benefit or part benefit of the services has been availed.
A valid reason is provided with the refund application.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

If services have been rendered.
If any services have been availed.
If any services have been made available on your special personalized request.
If a refund application is made after 30 days of booking.
In the event of any default or loss incurred by the LLP due to your actions or the beneficiary's.

Refund policy

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 6 weeks of the completion of the conference.
Timestamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any cancellations that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion
